UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

Location

You will support our headquarter in Germany without leaving your home country. You will be placed in our offices in Poznań.

Your tasks

• Conception and development of innovative UI/UX concepts for our applications
• Optimization of the user and customer journey and further development of our existing user interfaces
• Creation of wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Conducting requirements workshops and usability tests
• Creating and further developing platform-specific style guides
• Interdisciplinary work with product managers/product owners, front-end developers, and users

Your profile

• You have a degree in media, communication or interaction design or a comparable qualification
• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in the conception and implementation of UX/UI designs
• You are experienced in agile and classical software development projects and have good knowledge in the establishment and maintenance of design systems
• You are confident in using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and have knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Ideally, you bring knowledge in UX research, design thinking, Google design sprints and working with Confluence and Jira
• You work structured, independently, and team-oriented
• Creativity, enthusiasm for digital trends and a strong sense of design and aesthetics describe your work style
• Very good knowledge of English and if possible good knowledge of German
